I was hoping that you would get some replies because I occasionally need a part for a Pacific loader that I have and the last time that I called Hornady I got a similar response. I do not have the part that you are looking for, but I can tell you that the automatic primer feed conversion unit had a part number of 010071 and that there phone # is 800-338-3220. With the 800 number and the part number, you might get to talk to a person who could possibly check to see if it is available. Believe it or not, sometimes talking to a customer service rep gets a better response than e-mail! I don’t know what’s happening at Hornady, but once upon a time there were some people there who were interested in shot-gunning, lately it seems that unless you are interested in rifle bullets you are SOL. Seems that their standard response now is “many items are obsolete, with no parts available”. Good luck with your search.
